Appointments are essential for this service, and our office offers after-hours appointments to suit your needs.
This service carries a $120 fee, but this is subeject to increase where there are a number of documents or where the procedure is complex.
We can also witness documents in other languages, provided you can read and write in that language.
Please note that we will not prepare documents for overseas jurisdictions as we are not entitled to practice overseas. You are strongly recommended to have a lawyer or notary prepare documents in the jurisdiction where they are to be used.
Some jurisdictions will require a certification/apostille to be put on the document from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. This carries a fee from the Department, and an appointment will usually be required. DFAT will not certify copies of academic documents which have been certifed by a Notary.
